We are Dr. Annie and Justin Bane. You may have seen us on the new Magnolia Network's TV show called The Fieldhouse. We have been in the fitness industry a long time. In fact, 3 days after we got married, we started our first gym in Waco, Texas. Now, we own a gym called The Fieldhouse. From day one, we have focused on the INDIVIDUAL. We've never believed that there is a "one size fits all" program for anyone...nutrition or exercise. In fact, this "cattle call" gym and supplement game that the fitness industry is playing frustrates us. We are here for you and want you to GET IT RIGHT. We want to hear your story, strategize ways to help and customize a health and fitness map for you. Then, we want to support you through evolving nutritional strategies, personalized workout routines, a tracking app with customized goals and open communication. We are all about relationships, so get ready to "get loved on"...as Justin says!
